The new year has just begun, and what better time is there to make a New Years Resolution - or if you're me - several New Years Resolutions! The only one I will be documenting, however, is my cookie creating adventure.
It all started yesterday (i.e. the last day of 2015, scary thought) when I remembered I had some cookie dough in the fridge (That I had made with such good intentions and completely forgot about due to other cakey duties). I decided to create a theme (or set) to commemorate the coming of the new year and then I had a novel idea, which always come up when a problem occurs.
Why not solve my problems and hone my cookies creation skills with a little (or a lot of) help from my readers and cake buddies? And thus the cookie blog was born. So here it is, and here you are, right at the beginning of my adventure where I promise to make and troubleshoot cookies at least once a month.
